flightofthefox 构建了什么
一套测试，两个世界
flightofthefox 将模拟器测试、生产端到端测试和故障测试全部迁移到了一个共享的 scenarios 框架中。完全相同的 reshape、straddler 和跨 shard 测试故事现在可以在两套测试工具上运行——一个关于「正确」的唯一事实来源。

flightofthefox 引入了一个 reshape orchestrator，用于协调拆分或合并流程——谁负责部署新 shard、谁负责看守旧 shard、谁负责保持同步。原先的临时逻辑被替换为一个清晰的职责状态机，由两个 runner 共享。
